We had our second meeting from assignment two! Similar to the previous meeting, we found ourselves in an empty classroom…which was perfect! It felt great that were organizing times to meet as a group and discuss the assignment.
We began discussing and recording the three main issues OnPoint Digital were having and possible solutions.
The three main issues:
- The lack of communication software
- Time Zone differencesÂ
- Organisation of meetings
As a team we decided it would be a great idea to have a different team leader each week. I think this is a great idea as it doesn’t allow for a one member to be forced to dictate the team through the entirety of the second assignment.
With the holidays closing in on us and our responsibilities out side of our studies we decided to set a date for the next meeting at a later period through the Facebook group chat.
We are still early into the second assignment, but my team has been perfect so far. Every one seems organised and equally willing to contribute. Hopefully we all can continue like this.
